      Our menu will include a variety of foods and pastries served with various TEA selections!  We will offer TEAS in the British style for all times of day and occasions, which includes CREAM TEAS (i.e. selections of crumpets, scones, pastries, desserts and teas, always served with delightful jams, jellies, lemon curd and clotted cream); AFTERNOON TEA (i.e. selections of scones, sandwiches, relishes,  tea breads, pastries, bars,  desserts, candies, petit fours, and teas); as well as an extensive HIGH TEA MENU, which will include heartier sandwiches and special main course hot entrées, but always a large selection of savories (i.e. sausage rolls, Cornish pasties, soups, chowders, meat pies, seafoods, salads and selected cheeses) and a bracing cup of tea with scones or crumpets.

                  We will also host TEAS for special occasions and events as well as for groups and gatherings.  The TEA selections have been patterned after English traditional TEAS especially fashioned for American taste!  All foods and pastries will be prepared, cooked and baked in our modern kitchen facilities.  Each TEA will be freshly made from the finest ingredients using our treasured recipes which have been collected and tested for many years.  Some recipes have been handed down through several generations.  Only the very best culinary creations have made the grade of excellence that we insist upon for our TEA customers!

                  SEASIDE TEAS, a Tea Shop and Cafe, will be opening soon in Seaside, Oregon.  We would love to have you at our grand opening in the first sitting in our lovely Tea Room.  The first 60 people people to contact us for reservations will be invited to join us at our grand opening, as our guest, free of charge!  If you would like to be our guest at the first sitting at our grand opening, please email us and we will keep you informed as to time and date of our opening.
